Charlie and Cat have worked in hospitality since the beginning of their careers and between them have experience in English, French, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and South American cuisines. The menu is designed around a wide range of different flavours and textures using seasonal, fresh produce in dishes that are made to be shared between guests in a cozy and warm atmosphere.
